program, an explanation of how you should practice, as well as what to
choose as your different goals for this program. You will find a chart with
different ways to approach the program and how to run it weekly. The manual

Each block in this program focuses on a specific Barbell Lift and the 3
Clubbell Build-Up Exercises pertaining to it. The Introductory Video for
each block features Coach Gallazzi’s overview of the respective Clubbell
exercises and the explanation of their progression into a solid Barbell
Lift for the tutorial videos that will follow.
We are also including a Program Introduction and Prologue that highlight
what you can expect to learn, the application of such training, and why
Coach Gallazzi created such a program, pairing Clubbells and Barbells like
In this collection of videos, Coach Gallazzi will be using his assistants
to directly coach them through all Clubbell and Barbell exercises included
within this program. In doing so, he is able to not only explain the
mechanics behind each of the components as they are being practiced, but he
can also point out some common technique errors and adaptations he sees.
This presentation of the tutorial videos provides an excellent opportunity
to pinpoint the important coaching cues of each exercise and to get a taste
for how the exercises should be executed.
Barbell Lift Videos
The 4 Barbell Lifts in this program will each feature its own “Main Video”.
Coach Gallazzi tackles in-depth each of the Barbell Lifts, personally
demonstrating the important elements and technique components before
performing loaded reps of the exercises himself. He also shares his tips
and suggestions for how you can develop more structurally sound lifts from
A total of 8 conditioning videos, there are 2 specific to each block. A
Conditioning Introduction video will have Coach Gallazzi introducing each
of the conditioning exercises individually, how to perform them, for how
long, possible regressions, etc. The Conditioning Workout videos include a
full-length round with the coach’s assistants completing the conditioning
sequence as it is designed to be followed.
Mobility and Compensation
In this Mobility Video Coach Gallazzi will coach you through specific
mobility exercises intended to prepare you for moving through a proper
range of motion and to prime your body to safely load the exercises in your
workout. You can follow along as he presents the training session, or
perform at your own pace.
After strength training it is important to remove all possible
compensations and restrictions. In the Compensation Video, TACFIT
Instructor Alaina Sawaya will guide you through specific decompression and
unloading movements that will have you ready to tackle the next workout
feeling stronger and healthier.
